Hiufu Wong

A few years ago, Hiufu Wong left her full-time writing/editing job in Hong Kong to sell Cantonese egg waffles at a street food market in London. After making hundreds of waffles and gaining the right kind of pounds (as in weight, not money) for two years, she decided to return to Hong Kong to eat more Cantonese food, complain about rental prices and write about things she loves.
