This wonderful Christmas event is free and family-friendly.
What happens?
Feast your eyes on the tallest outdoor Christmas tree in Hong Kong and get into the holiday spirit with festive artwork, markets, games, and plenty of illuminations.
Highlights
Central’s Statue Square Gardens will host Christmas Town. There will be a 20-metre tree, twinkling lights, toy-themed décor, a giant spaceship, a motorised train and Santa meet-and-greets.
There will also be a 12-chalet market from November 28, offering festive food, gifts and workshops.
From Dec. 22 to Jan. 4, it’s open 11 a.m.–11:30 p.m., with extended hours until 1 a.m. on December 24 and 25. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing.
Eight landmark buildings will have a 3D projection show filled with festive characters and music. Running from November 28, 2025 to January 4, 2026, the show plays every 30 minutes from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m., with the best views from South Square and Statue Square Gardens.
Also, Chater Road gets a festive glow-up. Starlight Boulevard features shimmering lights, an illuminated footbridge and a statement installation suspended above Chater House. Follow the golden light canopy to LANDMARK, where you’ll find Noëlia, a large-scale interactive piece (until January 2026).

Hours vary: opening night runs 8–11:30 p.m.; then 4–11:30 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m.–11:30 p.m. on weekends (Nov. 15 to Dec. 21).
