Discovery Bay Chinese New Year Market

Discovery Bay’s popular Sunday Market is holding a special Chinese New Year event on February 4 at the Discovery Bay Main Plaza.

With dozens of vendors, many of whom are local artisans who design, create and make their own products, this is a relaxing day out with a chance to do some interesting shopping.

Handmade Hong Kong has been running the Sunday Markets for years, with the goal of bringing together their community, supporting ethical consumption, and giving local creators a chance to sell their goods.

The Chinese New Year Market will be especially colourful as Hong Kong’s biggest annual festival gets underway in February, and it will be a great chance to pick up some very special souvenirs and items.
