This luggage storage service operates daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Charges are HK$60.00 per item for up to 3 hours, HK$87.00 for 3 to 24 hours, and HK$133.00 for each additional 24-hour period beyond that.

Standard luggage dimensions are up to 85cm x 85cm x 29cm, with a weight limit of 30 kg. For oversize baggage, the cost is calculated based on how many times the longest dimension exceeds the standard size, while heavy baggage charges are based on how many times the weight exceeds the standard limit.

Payment is required in cash (Hong Kong Dollars only) upon collection.

Hong Kong Disneyland

At the Luggage Valet, on Park Promenade near MTR Disneyland Resort Station, you can store any size luggage per day for a per-piece fee of HK$140.00.

Storage lockers are available inside the park, midway up Main Street, U.S.A., allowing you to self-store items with unlimited access during regular park hours. The lockers have dimensions of 45 cm x 35 cm x 43 cm and also cost HK$140.00 per day.

Ngong Ping Village

For a day of riding the cable car and exploring the Big Buddha, you can safely stow away your bags thanks to the left luggage service at the Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal and the Holidays 360 Information Center in Ngong Ping Village during opening hours. The storage fee is HK$100.00 per piece, and no prior booking is required. Luggage must be picked up at the designated counter before the cable car closes on the same day.

Also note that luggage or backpacks exceeding 48 cm x 34 cm x 23 cm or weighing more than 4 kilograms are not allowed oboard the cable cars.

Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal

If you’re planning a trip to Macau, the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal provides luggage storage services.

Luggage storage services are available at both the Hong Kong and Macau ferry terminals. In Macau, the rate is HK$30.00 per piece per hour. In Hong Kong, the rates are HK$50.00 for 1 to 5 hours, HK$100.00 for 5 to 8 hours, and HK$20.00 per hour thereafter.

The Hong Kong storage location is at the TurboJET Service Centre, Shop 103, 1/F, Shun Tak Centre, with operation hours from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

In Macau, the service is available at the Luggage Services Counter on Level 2 of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, also operating from 7 a.m. to 10:30 pm.
