The ferry is arguably the fastest and most convenient route between Hong Kong Island and Macau (unless you're taking the helicopter, but this is Hong Kong Cheapo, not Hong Kong Mega-Rich-Helicopter-Commuter.) The terminal in located in the Shun Tak Centre, with its distinctive twin red towers. Just head to Sheung Wan Station (on the Island Line) and look for exit D. There is a bus terminal right outside, served by routes from every part of Hong Kong. It's also an easy walk from IFC along the elevated walkway.
