Fastest: Airport Express + MTR
Airport Station > Hong Kong Station > Causeway Bay Station~40 minutes

You can take the Airport Express (teal line) all the way to Hong Kong Station (24 minutes/HK$86.00 through Klook). Then, exit Hong Kong Station and walk towards Central Station (10 minutes). Hong Kong Station and Central Station are located within one bigger station well connected by air-conditioned tunnels and escalators.
From there, you can take the Island Line (blue line) towards Chai Wan. Causeway Bay Station is only a few stops from Central Station (HK$5.60 with Octopus).

Another easy option, but it takes slightly more time than the Airport Express + shuttle bus route. Look for the sign to the bus terminal once you have reached the arrival hall. Bus A11 takes you to North Point via Wan Chai and Causeway Bay area, stopping in popular areas like Victoria Park and Hennessy Road. Another option is the public bus E11A.

You can take one of the S buses that runs between the airport and Tung Chung Station, the nearest MTR station to the airport excluding the stations on the Airport Express Line.
S1 is the most frequent airport bus running between the two stations (HK$3.50).
After getting off at Tung Chung Station, take the Tung Chung Line (orange line) towards Hong Kong Station. Then, switch to Island Line (blue line) towards Chai Wan and you will arrive at Causeway Bay Station shortly.
The fare of the MTR journey is HK$26.50 but is slightly cheaper (HK$23.10) if you use your Octopus.
