Get ready for Hong Kong’s first cabaret festival featuring music, comedy, storytelling, theatrical flair and more.
What to expect
For one week, the Xiqu Centre at West Kowloon Cultural District will be transformed into a vibrant hub, hosting a wide range of cross-cultural entertainment.
The line-up includes Broadway star Patti LuPone, French cabaret from Paradis Latin, Bobby Fox’s Mr Entertainment, Alex Lam’s Cantopop cabaret, drag comedy, Spanish queer cabaret, immersive studio performances, documentary screenings and dancefloor sessions. There will also be free drop-in performances at Happy Hour @ Atrium, with local acts covering circus, a cappella, swing dance, musical theatre, tap, folk dance and hip-hop. No registration is needed for the Atrium performances.

- Alex Lam – 3026: A Cantopop Odyssey

- Alex Lam mixes Cantopop, sci-fi and family history in a cabaret-style journey from the year 3026 back to the 1980s. Performed in Cantonese and English without surtitles.
- How Drama – Big Brown Girl

- An interactive one-woman musical comedy from Singapore about dating, body image and connection, with the audience helping choose the protagonist’s romantic path. Performed in English with Chinese and English surtitles.
