CHOMP partners with Eaton HK to present The Rescued Feast at Terrible Baby – an Earth Day brunch buffet that transforms surplus food into gourmet dining.
What to expect
This first daytime edition of The Rescued Feast brings a creative twist to sustainability, with Executive Chef Alex Lee leading the challenge of turning donated food surplus into refined dishes. Guests can enjoy inventive food, DJ sets, eclectic cocktails, a welcome drink, and a CHOMP tote filled with gifts and vouchers. The event highlights Hong Kong’s food waste issue while showing how rescued food can become upscale dining.
CHOMP is a food‑saving app reducing waste by connecting restaurants and cafés with customers through discounted food boxes.
