What to expect

Sake Jump, Japan’s renowned sake festival spotlighting the next generation of brewers, makes its Hong Kong debut. Over 20 breweries from 13 prefectures will showcase a diverse range of sake. Attendees can also enjoy sake cocktails crafted by Tokyo’s acclaimed mixologists, participate in masterclasses, and engage in meet-the-brewer sessions.

Lineup 2025

Featured breweries include Fukushima’s Otokoyama and Iwate’s Kikunoji. Craft sake will be on offer as well, with Asakusa’s craft sake brand Konohanano Brewery bringing doburuku back and Akita’s Ine to Agave mixing up new flavours.

How to get there

The venue, 1881 FWD House, is a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. If you’re considering taking the scenic route from Central, it is an even shorter walk from the ferry terminal.
