Hong Kong Disneyland is turning up the fun this summer with Pixar Summer Fest, transforming the park into a Pixar‑themed playground.
What to expect
Pixar will take over Hong Kong Disneyland with experiences that run from day to night. Cool off at the Pixar Water Play Street Party (expect to get wet), dance along with floats in the Friendtastic Parade, and end the evening with a new nighttime show filled with fountains, lights, and projections.
There will be new appearances from Mei in Turning Red, Miguel from Coco, and Merida from Brave, alongside favourites Woody, Buzz, and Jessie.
Needless to say, there will be many exclusive Pixar‑themed merchandise and treats.
Highlights
- Pixar lamp and Luxo Ball: a massive installation at the head of Main Street USA, recreating Pixar’s iconic opening sequence.
- Splash‑filled parade fun: Toy Story’s green army men and floats on a mission to soak the crowd.
- Signature Pixar floats: Watch Carl, Russell, and Dug from Up soar through the Friendtastic Parade.
- Nighttime spectacle: A new night time show featuring characters from Monsters, Inc., Inside Out, Cars, and Finding Nemo.
- Exclusive collectibles: Limited‑edition Pixar merchandise with themed apparel, plushies and blind box surprises.
