This exhibition faithfully captures the gritty allure and tightly packed architecture of the Walled City.
What to expect
Soi Cheang’s 2024 action-crime hit Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In was a landmark local production that earned Best Film at the 43rd Hong Kong Film Awards and became the city’s second-highest-grossing domestic movie of all time.
Running for three years, the exhibition is based at Kowloon Walled City Park and features more than 50 full-scale movie sets crafted by Hong Kong’s leading film professionals.

Pro tip: To avoid long lines and crowds, aim to get to the exhibition during the day on week days. If it is a busy period, guests are given tickets and can come back later at a suggested time. There’s plenty to explore in the beautiful Kowloon Walled City Park while you wait.
Highlights
The exhibition has previously taken place in other locations but this run features new additions such as a fish ball factory and a dental clinic, as well as the iconic sets from the original exhibition like the barber shop, bone-setting clinic and tailor shop.
