Sip and savour the best of Japanese sake, right here in Hong Kong.
What happens?
Spread out over two evenings, this is one of the biggest sake tasting events in the city. There’ll also be sake-themed bites to go with your drinks — think takoyaki, sashimi, flame-seared sushi, and more — all made on-site by The Mira’s culinary team.
The ballroom itself will be done up like a Kyoto summer festival, with paper lanterns, torii gates, and photo spots for those who show up in yukata or Japanese-inspired outfits (there’s a gift in it for you if you do).
On top of the free-flow sake and food, there’ll be tasting zones grouped by sake style, carnival-style games, and opportunities to chat with brewers and distributors.
