What happens

Hong Kong’s third Fitness and Wellness Expo kicks off at AsiaWorld Expo this autumn.

The expo highlights brands, products, and services that encourage Hong Kong residents to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle.

In 2023, the 2-day mega exhibition event boasts its largest venue ever, anticipating over 15,000 visitors. FWE will feature an international line-up of instructors headlining an array of fitness, dance, and yoga classes along with new sports experiences, as well as more than 120 brand exhibits, including innovative food and beverage vendors.

The expo includes 5 key zones, including Nike Training Club Fit District, Cathay Yoga Stage, HYROX Fitness Race, Lifestyle-Leisure Expo, and Gym Village.
