Festilumi makes its Hong Kong debut at the Wan Chai Harbourfront, presenting over 20,000 luminous sculptures.
What to expect
Taking place along the Wan Chai Harbourfront, Festilumi is a new open‑air festival. It blends art and technology with towering light installations, interactive zones, and nine themed worlds inspired by Asia and other regions.
The Hong Kong edition is led by Normand Latourelle, co‑founder of Cirque du Soleil, renowned for multidisciplinary productions that combine live music, special effects, and grand scenography.
Highlights

Stroll beneath the Enchanted Maples, a canopy of illuminated amber leaves or epxlore the Wall of Lights, a dazzling corridor of shimmering patterns.
- Special happenings: Keep an eye on the website for upcoming special happenings and themed nights such as Pets Nights, where visitors can purchase free tickets to bring their dogs along to join the experience or Winter Wonderland, where artificial snow falls for 10 minute intervals throughout the evening.
