Admission to the exhibition at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum is free of charge, with no advance booking required.
The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m on weekdays (closed on Tuesdays) and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.
How to get there
The Hong Kong Heritage Museum is located at 1 Man Lam Road, Sha Tin. From Central Station, take the Island Line one stop to Admiralty, then transfer to the East Rail Line towards Lo Wu. Alight at Sha Tin Station and walk about 12 minutes to the museum. Alternatively, you can get off at Tai Wai Station, change onto the Tuen Ma Line to Che Kung Temple Station (Exit A), and it’s just a five‑minute walk from there.
